The TABLAbla Croissant CSA is similar to a vegetable CSA (*Community Supported Agriculture) in that you will receive a box of pastries three weeks each month, over the course of a three month period. You specify the quantity + type of croissants you wish to receive + complete payment upon you sign up.

The Summer ‘24 CSA is now closed for signup.
The next signup will be open in the fall ‘24.

• The CSA runs through June/July/August

• Pre-pay for all three months when you sign up

• Choose the quantity of croissants (minimum 2)

• You choose the type of croissants
  (plain, chocolate, 50/50)

• Receive pastries 3 weeks of each month
  (there is a rest / admin week each month for me)

• Thursdays are pickup days
  *See pickup dates below

• You select the pickup location, either GM or Lutsen
